Hello and Welcome
I am a lover of nature in all Her forms, which makes living in the Pacific Northwest a banquet for my soul. I am at home here among the trees, mountains, and vast bodies of water, surrounded by family and friends. This beauty and love grounds and fuels my practice.
My coaching philosophy is based on the belief that we each have a unique masterpiece to create and express in our lives. This includes every aspect of who we are both personally and professionally. The ancient roots of the word art connect us to the mystery and parts of ourselves that are deep and true. Through coaching, I assist you in tapping into this wellspring to design and create your desired future from this source, while setting goals and action plans for success.
In practice, my coaching style is infused and informed by a lifetime of learning and personal growth. This includes my studies in psychology, human development, the art of communication, and a myriad of coaching techniques and philosophies. You will find more details about my training, education, and experience below.
As I have been listening to the challenges that my clients are facing during this moment in time, I find that I am uniquely poised to be an ally in navigating the chaos to create a future that is congruent with our changing world.
“And the day came when the risk to remain in a tight bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.”
— Anaïs Nin
